Driver Requirements

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Maximum age: 75 years
• Minimum driving experience: 2 years
• Valid driver license required (local or international, both accepted)
• Valid ID required (passport or national ID, both accepted)

Rental Duration

• Minimum rental period: 1 day
• Weekly discount: 10%
• Monthly discount: 20%

Security Deposit

• A security deposit of $500 is required at the time of vehicle pickup.
• The deposit will be refunded upon safe return of the vehicle.

Mileage Policy

• All rentals include unlimited mileage.

Fuel Policy

• Same-to-Same: Return the vehicle with the same fuel level as at pickup.

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup.
• Late cancellation (less than 24 hours): 100% charge.
• No-show: 100% charge.
• Early return: Prorated refund available.

Late Return Policy

• Grace period: 60 minutes.
• Late fee per hour: $20.
• Late fee full extra day: $40.

Insurance

• Basic insurance covering accidents is included in all rentals.
• Deductible/excess amount: $1,000.
• Full insurance upgrade available for $25/day.
• Customer is liable for: tires, glass, undercarriage, and interior damage.

Prohibited Uses

• Off-road driving
• Cross-border travel without written permission
• Smoking inside the vehicle
• Pets without an approved carrier
• Subleasing or unauthorized drivers
• Racing or reckless driving
• Towing or pushing other vehicles
• Transportation of weapons or illegal substances

Payment Methods

• Cash (USD and LBP)
• Credit / Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard)
• OMT / Western Union / Whish Money
• Balance is due at vehicle pickup.

Delivery Service

• Vehicle delivery available across Lebanon.
• Coverage area: 20km to 100km radius.
• Minimum delivery charge: $20.
• Maximum delivery charge: $100.
• Airport pickup fee: $50.
